Westlaw is advertising some new resources for clinical programs. I’ve attached the flyer. The most interesting of these resources appears to be Enhanced Dockets, which features expanded scope and coverage for dockets and, for the first time, permits a user to update a docket on her own.
If you have any questions on these resources, please ask a reference librarian.

The best places to check for federal legislative history materials from the last 15 years or so ago are the government websites GPO Access (from the Government Printing Office) and Thomas (from the Library of Congress). If you have questions about using these terrific resources, please see a reference librarian.

The SJC announced yesterday that it will provide briefs in PDF format for cases scheduled to be argued, starting with its September 2007 sitting. The briefs will be linked from the case dockets. You may search for SJC (and Mass. Appeals Court) case dockets at http://www.ma-appellatecourts.org/search.php.
In addition to the docket and briefs, webcasts of SJC Oral Arguments are also available. Hosted by Suffolk University Law School, the webcast archive goes back to September 2005.
